I ran across a Milton quote pulled from his Paradise Lost I sat and mused over while playing an online, social, multiplayer game (?‍? Vampires: The Darkside ?‍♂️??⚰) while in Nicholls Online undergrad classes or during a winter or summer break between classes. I’d say anywhere from a year ago in January or a few weeks ago. Today I am writing this and it is 12:49 a.m. CDT on Friday, October 23, 2020.

Check out this book on Goodreads: Paradise Lost – Norton Critical Edition – Authoritative Text, Backgrounds & Sources, Criticism, Second Edition https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/20570214-paradise-lost—norton-critical-edition—authoritative-text-background

I have partially read this. In high school at Clark and/or Plano East? Anywhere during any of the spring semesters or fall semesters from through the fall of 1998 to the spring of 2002: ’98-’99, ’99-’00, ’00-’01, or graduation ? year ?‍?, ’01-’02?

I don’t honestly think it would have been in middle school at Carpenter from through the fall of 1995 to the spring of 1998: (6th) ’95-’96; (7th) ’96-’97; or (8th) ’97-’98.

*to self: I don’t know ?‍♂️

?‍♂️(*facepalm*)

I found some new vampire literature to read.

I got a recommendation from a friend to read the Thirst series by Christopher Pike  (the link to the Simon & Schuster page opens in a new tab). You can find him on Facebook at Christopher Pike’s Facebook page  (the link opens in a new tab). I just ordered it, and I will see how I like the paperback novel Thirst, no. 1:Human urges, Fatal Consequences  (the link opens in a new tab) after I am done with reading it. There is a Wikipedia article on the Thirst, formerly The Last Vampire, series  (the link opens in a new tab).

As thanks for the recommendation of a series to read, I suggested to that friend a series for him to read that I liked. The Fallen at sniegoski.com/fallen  (the link opens in a new tab) by Thomas E. Sniegoski at www.sniegoski.com  (the link opens in a new tab). The book series can be found through the Thomas E. Sniegoski page on Amazon  (the link opens in a new tab).
